SHIPPING & RETURNS
Tracking advice will be sent to the email provided once your order has dispatched.
Sometimes we may need to contact you before your order can be shipped. To ensure there is no delay, please respond to any email/phone call from us.
Orders are shipped out weekly on Fridays.
Express orders placed before 1pm Friday will be dispatched that day.

- Australian Standard 3 - 7 Business Days
- New Zealand Standard 3 - 15 Business Days
- USA, UK & Canadian Standard 1 - 3 Weeks
- Other International Standard 1 - 3 Weeks
Please be aware that International orders (including New Zealand) may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes specific to your country.
This can be based on items being over a certain value set by your local jurisdiction. These taxes are not in our control and we cannot pre pay these taxes. We recommend contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes might be.
You can return any item/s within 30 days of the purchase date.

All goods must arrive in their original, unworn and resalable condition including tags, stickers, etc. If your items are returned without the original packaging, we will not be able to process your return.
Please keep a copy of your receipt of proof of shipment for any returns back to Lost Boys Gang. We advise you use tracked postage to make sure your item arrives safe and sound.
